For many of us, our dogs are a big part of our families, so it makes perfect sense that they should be in the spotlight in your portrait too... and not just dogs: I've also drawn cats, rabbits, horses and other pets too. I do things slightly differently: while capturing the appearance of you and your pets is a major part of the process, I work equally hard to capture the character and personality of each person and animal in your portrait. I study the photos to get a good impression of how they look from different angles, before deciding on a unique pose that really encompasses every quirk and trait.
