Any designs produced by us for you will remain the intellectual property of SCOTTY’s CARTOONS and may not be used in any other form without our prior written consent.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. SCOTTY’s CARTOONS privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that SCOTTY’s CARTOONS can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.

Faulty items

SCOTTY’S CARTOONS have a thorough process of care to ensure that your print leaves us in excellent condition. In the rare instance that you receive a faulty print or one that has been damaged in transit, please contact SCOTTY’S CARTOONS at scotty@thedogcartoonist.co.uk as soon as possible, to receive a replacement.

Booked services: Commission cancellations

It is important to SCOTTY’S CARTOONS that every client is a happy client, so we ensure that a full brief is taken before the start of each commission. We know how special the people are who receive our cartoons, and we do our utmost to ensure that the cartoon is perfect, every step of the way.

As commissions involve completely bespoke work, we are unable to offer refunds but it is for that reason that the initial process and briefing is so thorough.

If you book a cartooning service with SCOTTY’S CARTOONS , you will be charged a deposit which will then be deducted from the final cost of the service on the competition date. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and covers costs to SCOTTY’S CARTOONS for reserving calendar dates, as well as any preparation and work required before your booked date.

The remainder of the costs will not be charged to you if the service is cancelled before the services begin.

Any work undertaken in part before any cancellation is made, will be charged.

If all work is completed before the cancellation is made, then the full cost of the service will be charged.
