Event Maps

If you're holding a festival or other event, a clear event map printed onto flyers or shown on billboards can assist your attendees with finding their way around the event. It is also hugely helpful in assisting you to set the event up on the day. Visual humour added onto the map will enhance the fun of the festivities too.

The first step is to contact me to discuss what you would like, and we can arrange your booking. I will need to know how big the event is to be, and a list of all the things that will be needed to be included on the map, before I can give you a quote.

Once a price has been agreed upon, I will send you an invoice for the deposit (half of the over all cost, with the remainder to be paid upon completion), and once that’s paid your booking is secure.

Before your booking date, I will need to be given a rough layout of the event site with details of where everything is going to be, before I can illustrate it.

Once your booking date arrives, I will draw the map in rough and send it to you for approval before drawing it into the final map, and adding colour, shading and highlights.

Once it's complete and the balance is paid, I will send two high resolution images over to you: one at a web friendly size, and one for printing or making into a billboard.
The price is dependent on how much information you would like to be displayed, so in order for me to send you a quote, please contact me with full details of how big the event is, and exactly what you would like to be displayed on the map.
Please note, that usage rights (but not copyright) are included at no extra cost, to enable you to use it on social media and in information pamphlets, etc.
About Copyright: Please note that your jpeg can be used to reproduce your cartoon however you wish, but may not be used for commercial use as copyright remains with Scotty's Cartoons in all cases apart from Logos and any contractually agreed exceptions.
